Population

Women with incompletely resected (suboptimal, >1 cm residual) FIGO stage III or IV epithelial ovarian cancer.

Cisplatin/paclitaxel improved median PFS (18 vs 13 months) and median OS (38 vs 24 months) versus cisplatin/cyclophosphamide (relative risk of death 0.60).
