Randomized platinum-based chemotherapy with or without bevacizumab, plus pembrolizumab or placebo.

Population

Persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer not previously treated with systemic chemotherapy.

overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS)

Final OS (CPS ≥1): OS 28.6 vs 16.5 mo (HR 0.60); benefit consistent in all-comers (HR 0.63) and CPS ≥10 (HR 0.58).
