Previously untreated EGFR-mutated (exon 19 deletion or L858R) locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC.

Median PFS 23.7 vs 16.6 mo with osimertinib (HR 0.70); final analysis showed significantly longer overall survival (HR 0.75), with 3-yr OS 60% vs 51%.
