Randomized to amivantamab + chemotherapy, amivantamab + lazertinib + chemotherapy, or chemotherapy alone after progression on osimertinib.

Population

EGFR-mutated (exon 19 deletion or L858R) locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC that progressed on or after osimertinib.

Primary Endpoint

progression-free survival (PFS)

Amivantamab + chemotherapy significantly prolonged PFS versus chemotherapy alone (median 6.3 vs 4.2 mo; HR 0.48) in the post-osimertinib setting.
