Previously untreated adults with intermediate/high-risk DLBCL (IPI 2-5).

5-year update: PFS 64.9% vs 59.1% (HR 0.77); OS HR 0.85 (not significant); benefit concentrated in ABC-DLBCL and IPI 3-5.
