Population

High-risk stage I-III endometrial cancer, including grade 3 deeply invasive, stage II-III, or serous/clear-cell histology.

overall survival (OS) and failure-free survival (FFS)

5-year OS 81% vs 76% (HR 0.70) and 5-year FFS 76% vs 69% (HR 0.70) favoring chemoradiation, with largest benefit in stage III disease.
