2x2 randomization of standard-dose (60 Gy) vs high-dose (74 Gy) radiation, each with or without cetuximab, plus concurrent carboplatin-paclitaxel.

Population

Unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer.

Key Result

High-dose radiation was unexpectedly worse (median OS 20.3 vs 28.7 mo) and cetuximab added no benefit.
