Randomized trial of sacituzumab govitecan versus treatment of physician's choice (eribulin, capecitabine, gemcitabine, or vinorelbine).

Population

HR-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer previously treated with endocrine therapy, a CDK4/6 inhibitor, and 2-4 lines of chemotherapy.

Primary Endpoint

progression-free survival (PFS)

Key Result

PFS 5.5 vs 4.0 months (HR 0.66) and overall survival 14.4 vs 11.2 months (HR 0.79) versus chemotherapy.
