Rationale

Rituximab plus lenalidomide (R²) is a standard chemotherapy-free option in relapsed follicular lymphoma. CELESTIMO asks whether replacing rituximab with the CD3×CD20 bispecific mosunetuzumab improves outcomes while keeping treatment fixed-duration and chemotherapy-free.
