Untreated, CD20-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma eligible for full-dose anthracycline-based chemoimmunotherapy.

Rationale

R-CHOP cures many DLBCL patients but a substantial fraction relapse, and decades of attempts to improve on it have mostly failed. EPCORE DLBCL-2 tests whether adding the CD3×CD20 bispecific epcoritamab to R-CHOP raises the cure rate in the front line.

What It Could Change

A positive result would be one of the first successful upgrades to the R-CHOP first-line DLBCL standard using a bispecific T-cell engager.
