Newly diagnosed limited metastatic colorectal cancer (up to 4 metastases) responding to or stable on first-line systemic therapy.

Rationale

Oligometastatic colorectal cancer is increasingly treated with local ablation of all visible disease, but randomized evidence that this extends survival — rather than just delaying progression — is lacking.

What It Could Change
