KLK2-comPAS — Pasritamig versus placebo in late-line metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (KLK2-comPAS)
Phase 3 · Prostate Cancer
Population
Late-line metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has progressed on prior standard therapies.
Primary Endpoint
Overall survival
Rationale
Metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer eventually exhausts hormonal, chemotherapy, and radioligand options. KLK2-comPAS tests whether a first-in-class KLK2-directed T-cell engager can extend survival in heavily pretreated disease, validating KLK2 as a prostate-restricted immunotherapy target.
What It Could Change
Could establish a KLK2-directed bispecific T-cell engager as a new immunotherapy option for late-line castration-resistant prostate cancer.
