Stage II–IV low-grade serous ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer after surgery.

Rationale

Low-grade serous ovarian cancer is relatively chemotherapy-resistant but usually hormone-receptor positive. GY019 tests whether endocrine therapy alone is as effective as chemotherapy followed by hormonal maintenance, sparing toxicity.

What It Could Change

Could let low-grade serous ovarian cancer patients skip chemotherapy in favor of endocrine therapy.
