Rationale

Most extensive-stage small cell lung cancer progresses quickly after first-line chemo-immunotherapy. RAPTOR tests whether adding radiation to residual disease during atezolizumab maintenance prolongs disease control.

What It Could Change

Could add consolidative radiotherapy to maintenance immunotherapy for extensive-stage SCLC.
