Rationale

Refractory metastatic colorectal cancer has limited options once standard chemotherapy fails. PROCEADE-CRC-03 tests whether a next-generation GUCY2C-directed antibody-drug conjugate can outperform the current trifluridine/tipiracil-bevacizumab standard in the refractory setting.

What It Could Change

Could introduce a GUCY2C-directed antibody-drug conjugate as a new later-line standard for refractory metastatic colorectal cancer.
