Mechanism of Action
23ME-00610 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting CD200R1, a novel inhibitory immune checkpoint. Blocking the CD200-CD200R1 axis is intended to relieve suppression of T cells and myeloid cells within the tumor microenvironment.
