Mechanism of Action
A Nectin-4-directed antibody-drug conjugate carrying a monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) payload via a cleavable linker. Binding to Nectin-4 on urothelial tumor cells drives internalization and intracellular MMAE release, causing microtubule disruption and apoptosis.
