Mechanism of Action
Autologous 'integrated circuit T' (ICT) cells engineered with a synthetic logic-gated circuit—including a prime-and-kill receptor design targeting mesothelin plus regulatory elements—to improve tumor selectivity and reduce on-target off-tumor toxicity in mesothelin-expressing solid tumors.
