Mechanism of Action
Actinium-225-labeled targeted radioligand directed at DLL3, delivering high-energy alpha-particle radiation selectively to DLL3-expressing tumor cells such as small cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine tumors. The short-range alpha emission causes lethal double-strand DNA breaks with limited off-target exposure.
