Mechanism of Action
AC682 is an orally bioavailable chimeric degrader that harnesses the E3 ubiquitin ligase system to induce potent, selective proteasomal degradation of the estrogen receptor alpha (ERα), including in cells harboring ESR1 mutations. This distinguishes it from classical SERDs that primarily block ligand binding.
