Mechanism of Action
Orally bioavailable chimeric estrogen receptor degrader that harnesses the ubiquitin-proteasome system to induce degradation of estrogen receptor alpha (ERα), including endocrine-resistant ESR1-mutant receptors. By eliminating rather than merely antagonizing ERα, it blocks downstream ER-driven transcription in HR+ breast cancer.
