Mechanism of Action
DuoBody bispecific antibody co-targeting PD-L1 and 4-1BB (CD137). One arm blocks the PD-L1/PD-1 inhibitory axis while the other delivers conditional 4-1BB costimulation that is triggered only upon PD-L1 crosslinking in the tumor, localizing T-cell activation to the tumor microenvironment.
