Mechanism of Action
Monoclonal antibody targeting BTLA (B- and T-lymphocyte attenuator), an inhibitory checkpoint that engages HVEM to suppress T- and B-cell activation. Blocking BTLA relieves this inhibitory signal and, combined with PD-1 blockade, restores exhausted T-cell function against tumors.
