Mechanism of Action
A 2+1 bivalent BCMA x monovalent CD3 T-cell-engaging bispecific antibody. Two BCMA-binding arms confer high avidity for BCMA-expressing myeloma cells while the single CD3 arm engages T cells, redirecting cytotoxicity. Subcutaneous administration is used to lower peak cytokine exposure and reduce CRS severity.
