Mechanism of Action
Autologous BCMA-directed CAR-T therapy that uses a novel compact synthetic binding domain (D-Domain) rather than a conventional scFv to recognize BCMA on myeloma cells. The smaller, stable non-scFv binder is designed to reduce immunogenicity and tonic signaling, driving durable CAR-T expansion and cytotoxicity against BCMA-expressing plasma cells.
