Mechanism of Action
Orally bioavailable MTA-cooperative (methylthioadenosine-cooperative) small-molecule PRMT5 inhibitor that selectively binds the PRMT5-MTA complex enriched in MTAP-deleted cancers, achieving synthetic-lethal inhibition of PRMT5-dependent arginine methylation and downstream splicing/transcriptional programs while sparing MTAP-intact tissues.
