ARX788 — Investigational Agent
Antibody-Drug Conjugate · Phase 3 · Ambrx / NovoCodex
Mechanism of Action
ARX788 is a HER2-directed antibody-drug conjugate built on site-specific conjugation technology (non-natural amino acid) that stably links an anti-HER2 antibody to the potent tubulin inhibitor Amberstatin (AS269, an auristatin-derived payload). The homogeneous, highly stable linkage minimizes premature payload release; after HER2 binding and internalization, the payload is released to disrupt microtubules and induce apoptosis.
Investigational Indications
