Mechanism of Action
ASKB589 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting Claudin18.2 (CLDN18.2) on gastric and pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells, mediating antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and complement-dependent cytotoxicity. It is being combined with chemotherapy and PD-1 blockade to enhance first-line activity.
