Mechanism of Action
Fixed-dose oral combination of the hypomethylating agent azacitidine with the cytidine deaminase inhibitor cedazuridine, which blocks gut/hepatic degradation of azacitidine to enable an all-oral regimen delivering systemic exposure comparable to parenteral azacitidine.
