Mechanism of Action
Individualized neoantigen-specific lipoplex mRNA vaccine encoding up to 20 patient-specific tumor neoantigens; delivered IV to dendritic cells to elicit polyclonal neoantigen-specific CD8/CD4 T-cell immunity.
