Mechanism of Action
AV-GBM-1 is an autologous dendritic cell vaccine loaded with tumor-associated antigens derived from a patient-specific self-renewing tumor cell line. The activated dendritic cells prime a polyclonal T-cell response against the patient's own glioblastoma antigens.
