Mechanism of Action
AZD4360 is a Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2)-directed T-cell engager that bridges CLDN18.2 on GI tumor cells with CD3 on T cells to trigger redirected, MHC-independent T-cell killing. It is being explored across CLDN18.2-expressing gastric, gastroesophageal, biliary, and pancreatic cancers.
