Mechanism of Action
AZD5335 is a Trop2-directed antibody-drug conjugate that uses a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload delivered via a cleavable linker. Binding to Trop2 on tumor cells drives internalization and targeted cytotoxic payload release with bystander activity.
