Mechanism of Action
Claudin 18.2 x CD3 bispecific T-cell engaging antibody. One arm binds Claudin 18.2 on gastric/pancreatic tumor cells while the CD3 arm recruits and activates cytotoxic T cells, forming an immune synapse that drives MHC-independent tumor cell lysis.
