Mechanism of Action
Autologous T cells expressing a B7-H3 (CD276)-directed CAR with a CD28-zeta costimulatory/signaling endodomain, targeting the pan-tumor antigen B7-H3 that is broadly overexpressed across pediatric and adult solid tumors including sarcomas and CNS tumors.
