First-in-class oral diacylglycerol kinase zeta (DGKzeta) inhibitor that enhances T-cell receptor signaling by preventing degradation of diacylglycerol, boosting anti-tumor T-cell activation. Acts as an intracellular immune checkpoint modulator.
