Mechanism of Action
BAY 3547926 is an investigational T-cell engaging biologic directed at glypican-3 (GPC3) on hepatocellular carcinoma cells, simultaneously binding CD3 on T cells to drive MHC-independent, redirected T-cell cytotoxicity against the tumor. It is being explored alone and with companion agents in the same program.
