Mechanism of Action
BDC-4182 is a Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2)-targeted immune-stimulating antibody conjugate that delivers a TLR7/8 agonist payload to CLDN18.2-expressing gastric tumor cells, activating myeloid cells and dendritic cells to prime an adaptive antitumor immune response. It combines tumor targeting with innate immune activation.
