Mechanism of Action
Small-molecule diacylglycerol kinase (DGK) inhibitor that enhances T-cell receptor signaling to promote anti-tumor immunity, evaluated alone and with the PD-1 antibody tislelizumab. Represents an intracellular checkpoint modulation strategy.
