Mechanism of Action
Orally bioavailable pan-KRAS inhibitor that blocks multiple oncogenic KRAS mutants (including G12D, G12V, G12C and amplification) by targeting the active GTP-bound state, thereby suppressing downstream MAPK signaling. Broad-mutant coverage aims to overcome the single-allele limitation of first-generation covalent G12C inhibitors.
