Mechanism of Action
Bispecific T-cell engager that simultaneously binds B7-H6 (NCR3LG1), a stress-induced antigen expressed on many solid tumors, and CD3 on T cells. Cross-linking redirects polyclonal T cells to form immunologic synapses with B7-H6-expressing tumor cells, triggering T-cell activation and MHC-independent tumor-cell lysis. It is studied alone and with the anti-PD-1 antibody ezabenlimab.
