BMS-986207 — Investigational Agent
TIGIT Inhibitor · Phase 2 · Bristol Myers Squibb
Mechanism of Action
Monoclonal antibody against TIGIT, an inhibitory receptor on T and NK cells. Blocking TIGIT prevents its engagement of CD155 (PVR), shifting the balance toward the co-stimulatory receptor CD226 (DNAM-1) and enhancing anti-tumor T- and NK-cell activity, especially in combination with PD-1 blockade.
Investigational Indications
- Non-small cell lung cancer
- Advanced solid tumors
- Relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (combination)
