Mechanism of Action
Anti-CD33 antibody conjugated to a GSPT1 molecular-glue degrader payload; upon internalization it degrades the translation termination factor GSPT1 in CD33-expressing myeloid blasts, combining targeted delivery with catalytic protein degradation.
