Mechanism of Action
Bispecific ImmTAC (Immune-mobilizing Monoclonal T-Cell receptor Against Cancer) fusion protein. One arm is an affinity-enhanced soluble T-cell receptor recognizing a PRAME peptide presented by HLA-A*02:01; the other is an anti-CD3 effector domain. It redirects polyclonal T cells to lyse PRAME-expressing tumor cells regardless of the T cell's own specificity, extending the ImmTAC approach (tebentafusp) from gp100 to the broadly expressed cancer-testis antigen PRAME.
Investigational Indications
- HLA-A*02:01–positive advanced cutaneous melanoma
- Other PRAME-expressing tumors (ovarian, lung — earlier cohorts)
