Mechanism of Action
Tetravalent, bispecific IgG1 antibody that simultaneously targets PD-1 and CTLA-4. Its Fc-null design reduces Fc-gamma receptor binding, limiting complement- and ADCC-mediated toxicity while enabling avidity-driven preferential binding in the tumor microenvironment where both PD-1 and CTLA-4 are highly co-expressed. This dual blockade aims to deliver combination checkpoint efficacy with a potentially improved safety profile relative to separate anti-PD-1 plus anti-CTLA-4 antibodies.

- Recurrent/metastatic cervical cancer
- First-line advanced gastric/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (with chemotherapy)
- Hepatocellular carcinoma and other advanced solid tumors
