Mechanism of Action
CB-010 is an allogeneic anti-CD19 CAR-T therapy made with CRISPR genome editing, including a PD-1 knockout intended to prevent early CAR-T exhaustion and prolong antitumor activity. TRAC-site CAR insertion and B2M editing reduce alloreactivity.
