Mechanism of Action
Allogeneic anti-BCMA CAR-T using CRISPR (chRDNA) genome editing to knock out TRAC and B2M and knock in a B2M-HLA-E transgene (immune-cloaking), designed to blunt both T-cell and NK-cell mediated rejection and improve persistence against BCMA+ myeloma cells.
