Mechanism of Action
Bi-ligand (bispecific small-molecule drug conjugate) targeting folate receptor and PSMA simultaneously, linked to a monomethyl auristatin (tubulin inhibitor) payload. Dual targeting enhances tumor selectivity and internalization, releasing payload to disrupt microtubules and trigger apoptosis in receptor-expressing GI and other solid tumors.
