Mechanism of Action
An oral, potent, reversible inhibitor of lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1/KDM1A). Reversible LSD1 inhibition restores H3K4/H3K9 methylation marks, promotes myeloid differentiation, and derepresses tumor-suppressor and apoptotic programs in myeloid malignancies and neuroendocrine tumors.
