Mechanism of Action
This is an allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell product engineered with a dual chimeric antigen receptor targeting both CD33 and CLL1 (CLEC12A) on acute myeloid leukemia cells. Dual targeting aims to limit antigen-escape relapse while NK-based delivery reduces GvHD risk.
